自調裝(zhuang)置
制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)動(dong)(dong)蹄在(zai)不(bu)工作的原始位(wei)置時(shi)(shi),其(qi)摩(mo)擦片(pian)與(yu)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)動(dong)(dong)鼓(gu)間(jian)(jian)應有合適的間(jian)(jian)隙(xi)(xi)(xi),其(qi)設定值(zhi)由汽車(che)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)造廠規定,一般在(zai)0.25~0.5mm之間(jian)(jian)。任何(he)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)動(dong)(dong)器摩(mo)擦副中的這一間(jian)(jian)隙(xi)(xi)(xi)(以下(xia)簡稱制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)動(dong)(dong)器間(jian)(jian)隙(xi)(xi)(xi))如果過小(xiao),就不(bu)易保證*解除制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)動(dong)(dong),造成摩(mo)擦副拖磨;過大(da)又將使(shi)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)動(dong)(dong)踏板行(xing)程太長,以致駕(jia)駛員操作不(bu)便,也(ye)會推遲(chi)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)動(dong)(dong)器開(kai)始起作用的時(shi)(shi)刻。但在(zai)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)動(dong)(dong)器工作過程中,摩(mo)擦片(pian)的不(bu)斷磨損將導致制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)動(dong)(dong)器間(jian)(jian)隙(xi)(xi)(xi)逐漸增大(da)。情況嚴重時(shi)(shi),即使(shi)將制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)動(dong)(dong)踏板踩到下(xia)極限(xian)位(wei)置,也(ye)產生(sheng)不(bu)了足夠的制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)動(dong)(dong)力矩。大(da)多數轎車(che)都裝有制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)動(dong)(dong)器間(jian)(jian)隙(xi)(xi)(xi)自調(diao)裝置,也(ye)有一些(xie)載貨汽車(che)仍采用手工調(diao)節。
制動器間隙(xi)調(diao)整是汽(qi)車(che)保養(yang)和修理中的(de)重要(yao)項目,按工作過(guo)程不同(tong),可分(fen)為(wei)一次調(diao)準式和階躍式兩種。
右圖是一種設(she)在(zai)制(zhi)(zhi)動輪(lun)缸(gang)內(nei)的(de)(de)(de)摩擦(ca)(ca)限(xian)位(wei)式間隙(xi)自調(diao)裝(zhuang)置。用(yong)以限(xian)定不制(zhi)(zhi)動時制(zhi)(zhi)動蹄的(de)(de)(de)內(nei)極限(xian)位(wei)置的(de)(de)(de)限(xian)位(wei)摩擦(ca)(ca)環(huan)(huan)2,裝(zhuang)在(zai)輪(lun)缸(gang)活塞(sai)3內(nei)端的(de)(de)(de)環(huan)(huan)槽中,活塞(sai)上的(de)(de)(de)環(huan)(huan)槽或螺旋(xuan)槽的(de)(de)(de)寬度(du)大于限(xian)位(wei)摩擦(ca)(ca)環(huan)(huan)厚度(du)。活塞(sai)相對于摩擦(ca)(ca)環(huan)(huan)的(de)(de)(de)大軸向位(wei)移量即為二者之間的(de)(de)(de)間隙(xi)。間隙(xi)應等于在(zai)制(zhi)(zhi)動器(qi)間隙(xi)為設(she)定的(de)(de)(de)標(biao)準值時施(shi)行*制(zhi)(zhi)動所(suo)需(xu)的(de)(de)(de)輪(lun)缸(gang)活塞(sai)行程(cheng)。
制(zhi)(zhi)動(dong)時,輪缸(gang)活(huo)(huo)塞(sai)外移(yi),若制(zhi)(zhi)動(dong)器間(jian)(jian)隙由(you)于(yu)各種原(yuan)因增大到超(chao)過設(she)定值,則活(huo)(huo)塞(sai)外移(yi)到0時,仍不能實(shi)現*制(zhi)(zhi)動(dong),但只要輪缸(gang)將活(huo)(huo)塞(sai)連同摩擦環繼(ji)續推出,直到實(shi)現*制(zhi)(zhi)動(dong)。這樣,在解除(chu)制(zhi)(zhi)動(dong)時,制(zhi)(zhi)動(dong)蹄只能回復到活(huo)(huo)塞(sai)與處于(yu)新位置的(de)限位摩擦環接觸為止,即(ji)制(zhi)(zhi)動(dong)器間(jian)(jian)隙為設(she)定值。
傳動裝置(zhi)
一(yi)般,駐(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)車(che)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)系(xi)統(tong)的機械(xie)傳(chuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)裝置(zhi)(zhi)組(zu)成(cheng)如右圖(tu)所示。駐(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)車(che)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)系(xi)統(tong)與(yu)行車(che)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)系(xi)統(tong)共(gong)用(yong)(yong)后(hou)輪制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)器(qi)7。施(shi)行駐(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)車(che)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)時,駕駛員(yuan)將駐(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)車(che)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)操縱桿(gan)(gan)(gan)(gan)1向上(shang)扳(ban)起(qi),通過(guo)平(ping)衡杠(gang)桿(gan)(gan)(gan)(gan)2將駐(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)車(che)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)操縱纜(lan)繩(sheng)3拉緊,促動(dong)(dong)(dong)兩后(hou)輪制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)器(qi)。由于棘(ji)(ji)爪的單(dan)向作(zuo)用(yong)(yong),棘(ji)(ji)爪與(yu)棘(ji)(ji)爪齒板嚙合后(hou),操縱桿(gan)(gan)(gan)(gan)不(bu)能(neng)反轉,駐(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)車(che)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)桿(gan)(gan)(gan)(gan)系(xi)能(neng)可(ke)靠(kao)地被鎖定(ding)在(zai)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)位置(zhi)(zhi)。欲(yu)解(jie)除(chu)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)動(dong)(dong)(dong),須先將操縱桿(gan)(gan)(gan)(gan)扳(ban)起(qi)少許,再壓下操縱桿(gan)(gan)(gan)(gan)端頭的壓桿(gan)(gan)(gan)(gan)按鈕8,通過(guo)棘(ji)(ji)爪壓桿(gan)(gan)(gan)(gan)使棘(ji)(ji)爪離開棘(ji)(ji)爪齒板。然(ran)后(hou)將操縱桿(gan)(gan)(gan)(gan)向下推到解(jie)除(chu)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)位置(zhi)(zhi)。使棘(ji)(ji)爪得以將整個(ge)駐(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)車(che)機械(xie)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)桿(gan)(gan)(gan)(gan)系(xi)鎖止在(zai)解(jie)除(chu)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)位置(zhi)(zhi)。駐(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)車(che)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)系(xi)統(tong)必(bi)須可(ke)靠(kao)地保證汽車(che)在(zai)原地停(ting)駐(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu),這(zhe)一(yi)點只有用(yong)(yong)機械(xie)鎖止方法才能(neng)實現,因(yin)此駐(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)車(che)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)系(xi)統(tong)多用(yong)(yong)機械(xie)式傳(chuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)裝置(zhi)(zhi)。
液壓(ya)裝置
轎車(che)的(de)(de)(de)行(xing)車(che)制(zhi)(zhi)動(dong)系統都采(cai)用了液(ye)壓傳動(dong)裝(zhuang)置,主(zhu)要由制(zhi)(zhi)動(dong)主(zhu)缸(gang)(制(zhi)(zhi)動(dong)總(zong)泵)、液(ye)壓管路、后輪(lun)鼓式制(zhi)(zhi)動(dong)器中的(de)(de)(de)制(zhi)(zhi)動(dong)輪(lun)缸(gang)(制(zhi)(zhi)動(dong)分泵)、前輪(lun)鉗盤式制(zhi)(zhi)動(dong)器中的(de)(de)(de)液(ye)壓缸(gang)等組成,見右(you)圖。主(zhu)缸(gang)與輪(lun)缸(gang)間(jian)的(de)(de)(de)連接油(you)管除用金屬管(銅管)外(wai),還(huan)采(cai)用特(te)制(zhi)(zhi)的(de)(de)(de)橡膠(jiao)制(zhi)(zhi)動(dong)軟管。各液(ye)壓元件之間(jian)及各段油(you)管之間(jian)還(huan)有各種管接頭。制(zhi)(zhi)動(dong)前,液(ye)壓系統中充(chong)滿專門(men)配制(zhi)(zhi)的(de)(de)(de)制(zhi)(zhi)動(dong)液(ye)。
踩下(xia)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)踏(ta)板4,制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)主缸(gang)5將(jiang)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)液(ye)壓(ya)入制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)輪缸(gang)6和制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)鉗2,將(jiang)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)塊推向制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)鼓和制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)盤。在(zai)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)器(qi)間隙(xi)消失并開始產生制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)力矩時,液(ye)壓(ya)與踏(ta)板力方能繼續增長直到*制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)。此過(guo)程(cheng)中,由(you)于(yu)在(zai)液(ye)壓(ya)作用(yong)下(xia),油管的(de)彈性膨(peng)脹變(bian)形(xing)和摩擦(ca)元件的(de)彈性壓(ya)縮變(bian)形(xing),踏(ta)板和輪缸(gang)活塞(sai)都可以繼續移動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)一段距(ju)離。放開踏(ta)板,制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)蹄和輪缸(gang)活塞(sai)在(zai)回位(wei)彈簧作用(yong)下(xia)回位(wei),將(jiang)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)液(ye)壓(ya)回主缸(gang)。
助力器
轎車上廣泛(fan)裝用真空助力器作為制動(dong)助力器,利用發(fa)動(dong)機喉管處(chu)的真空度來幫助駕駛員操縱(zong)制動(dong)踏板(ban)。根(gen)據真空助力膜片(pian)(pian)的多(duo)少(shao),真空助力器分為單膜片(pian)(pian)式(shi)和串(chuan)聯膜片(pian)(pian)式(shi)兩種(zhong)。
