3、制動襯墊(dian)隨位(wei)裝置(zhi)

4、手動釋放裝置

在(zai)制(zhi)動(dong)器(qi)(qi)(qi)安裝(zhuang)和使用維(wei)護中(zhong),需在(zai)未(wei)通(tong)電的情況下打開制(zhi)動(dong)器(qi)(qi)(qi)。傳統的制(zhi)動(dong)器(qi)(qi)(qi)是靠操作者用原始(shi)方(fang)法進(jin)行(xing),此種方(fang)法操作者非常吃(chi)力,且不穩定,存在(zai)一(yi)(yi)定程度的安全隱患。為此,該制(zhi)動(dong)器(qi)(qi)(qi)增設手(shou)動(dong)釋放裝(zhuang)置,增加了此裝(zhuang)置后,在(zai)制(zhi)動(dong)器(qi)(qi)(qi)安裝(zhuang)維(wei)護過程中(zhong),只需要在(zai)把手(shou)動(dong)釋放手(shou)柄旋轉至一(yi)(yi)定角度,制(zhi)動(dong)器(qi)(qi)(qi)便輕松達到(dao)釋放狀態。使得操作者更加方(fang)便快捷對制(zhi)動(dong)器(qi)(qi)(qi)進(jin)行(xing)安裝(zhuang)維(wei)護。

5、摩(mo)擦片(pian)磨損極限報警裝置

摩(mo)(mo)擦(ca)(ca)(ca)片是制(zhi)動(dong)器(qi)(qi)(qi)的關(guan)鍵部件,關(guan)系著(zhu)整個制(zhi)動(dong)器(qi)(qi)(qi)的使用(yong)安(an)全。但是摩(mo)(mo)擦(ca)(ca)(ca)片在(zai)制(zhi)動(dong)過程(cheng)中(zhong)肯定會有磨(mo)耗(hao),隨著(zhu)工作時間的推(tui)移,摩(mo)(mo)擦(ca)(ca)(ca)片磨(mo)損(sun)(sun)至危險點(dian)后(hou)(hou),制(zhi)動(dong)器(qi)(qi)(qi)便*失去制(zhi)動(dong)力。而(er)礦用(yong)制(zhi)動(dong)器(qi)(qi)(qi)在(zai)使用(yong)過程(cheng)中(zhong),操作者很容(rong)易忽視摩(mo)(mo)擦(ca)(ca)(ca)片磨(mo)損(sun)(sun)程(cheng)度(du),且(qie)不容(rong)易判斷(duan)摩(mo)(mo)擦(ca)(ca)(ca)片磨(mo)損(sun)(sun)極(ji)限是多少,故(gu)在(zai)該制(zhi)動(dong)器(qi)(qi)(qi)上增設了摩(mo)(mo)擦(ca)(ca)(ca)片磨(mo)損(sun)(sun)極(ji)限報(bao)(bao)警裝置。該裝置增設后(hou)(hou),隨著(zhu)摩(mo)(mo)擦(ca)(ca)(ca)片磨(mo)損(sun)(sun)轉換成撞板位(wei)移,到達極(ji)限位(wei)置時,撞板觸動(dong)行(xing)程(cheng)開(kai)關(guan),可(ke)向主機發(fa)出報(bao)(bao)警信(xin)號,提醒操作者對(dui)摩(mo)(mo)擦(ca)(ca)(ca)片進行(xing)更換。此功能的增設在(zai)一定程(cheng)度(du)降低了因制(zhi)動(dong)器(qi)(qi)(qi)摩(mo)(mo)擦(ca)(ca)(ca)片磨(mo)損(sun)(sun)后(hou)(hou)帶來的安(an)全事故(gu),使制(zhi)動(dong)器(qi)(qi)(qi)更加安(an)全可(ke)靠(kao)的運(yun)行(xing)。
